OUR SOLICITORS

The firm was founded by Annette Sheehan and Helene O’Donovan, who having worked together for many years decided to set up ODS Solicitors LLP.

Helene’s legal career spans 23 years. In recent years Helene has worked as a Partner in a city firm working with private clients and financial institutions advising on all manner of conveyancing transactions and landlord and tenant issues, will drafting, probate and estate planning and tax planning.

Annette was awarded Munster Family Law Solicitor of the year in 2018. Annette Sheehan has become known as a leading family law specialist in Munster and currently sits on the Law Society Family Law Committee. Annette can advise you on any areas surrounding Family Law including Divorce, Separation, Access, Guardianship, Adoption, Co-Habitation proceedings and Domestic Violence.
