We regularly advise commercial clients in relation to all aspects of property transactions from purchasing greenfield sites, advising in respect of planning and engineering issues to ultimately selling or developing and selling the land or units thereafter.

We have considerable experience in Landlord & Tenant matters and we advise corporate clients in relation to significant “full insuring and repairing” leases.  We also advise clients in relation to sub-letting and assignment of leases together with short-term business letting agreements.

In addition our client base includes advising corporate clients in relation to complex contracts, commercial agreements together with option agreements in relation to renewable energy projects.
